Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and establish rapport.
  • Listen to customers’ vehicle issues and document their concerns accurately.
  • Inspect vehicles (initial walk-around) to record mileage, condition, and any visible damage.
  • Advise customers on necessary repairs, maintenance schedules, and optional services.
  • Prepare detailed repair orders and cost estimates.
  • Communicate with technicians to clarify issues and relay findings to customers.
  • Obtain customer authorization for services and repairs.
  • Keep customers informed about repair progress, delays, and additional recommended work.
  • Ensure timely completion and quality of service.
  • Conduct post-service follow-up to confirm customer satisfaction.
  • Handle billing, payments, and warranty/insurance claims where applicable.
  • Maintain records of all service transactions.
  • Support customer retention efforts by promoting service packages and offers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
