Job Description

A Service Advisor acts as the communication link between customers and the service department. They ensure customer needs are understood, jobs are properly documented, and the service process runs smoothly from vehicle drop-off to delivery.

⭐ Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction & Support
  • Greet customers and understand their service/repair requirements.
  • Listen to customer concerns and record all issues clearly.
  • Provide accurate service advice and explain repair solutions.
  • Job Card & Documentation
  • Prepare job cards with detailed customer complaints.
  • Update customer and vehicle details in the system.
  • Ensure all required approvals (estimate/extra work) are documented.
  • Service Coordination
  • Communicate customer requirements to technicians.
  • Coordinate with workshop, parts, and service team for timely completion of work.
  • Monitor the progress of vehicles under service.
  • Estimation & Billing
  • Prepare and share service estimates with customers.
  • Follow up for approval of additional repairs.
  • Assist in preparing final invoices and explain billing details to customers.
  • Customer Updates
  • Keep customers informed about vehicle status, delays, or additional work needed.
  • Provide expected delivery time and ensure timely delivery.
  • Quality & Delivery
  • Conduct vehicle inspection during delivery.
  • Ensure all complaints are rectified before handing over the vehicle.
  • Take customer feedback.
  • Upselling & Service Promotion
  • Suggest recommended services, value-added services, and warranty/AMC options.
  • Promote maintenance packages and periodic service.
  • Customer Handling & Satisfaction
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Reports & Records
  • Maintain daily service records.
  • Update job status, customer feedback, and service performance data.

Qualification :

  • ITI in Automobile / Mechanical
  • Diploma in Automobile Engineering / Mechanical Engineering

Experience :

  • Both experienced candidates and freshers with good communication skills can apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
