Service Advisor / Bodyshop Advisor

As a Service Advisor / Bodyshop Advisor, your role will involve greeting customers and understanding their vehicle concerns / service requirements. You will be responsible for opening job cards and providing accurate cost & time estimates. Your coordination with technicians, bodyshop, and parts department will ensure a smooth workflow. It will be your duty to explain service details, repairs, and recommendations to customers in simple terms. Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers and understand their vehicle concerns / service requirements - Open job cards and provide accurate cost & time estimates - Coordinate with technicians, bodyshop, and parts department for smooth workflow - Explain service details, repairs, and recommendations to customers - Update customers on repair progress and ensure timely delivery of vehicles - Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain records of service history and follow up with customers for repeat business - Promote additional services, products, and AMC packages Qualifications Required: - Diploma / Graduate (Automobile or Mechanical background preferred) - 1-4 years of experience as a Service Advisor / Bodyshop Advisor in the automobile industry In addition to the job role and responsibilities, the company location for this position is in Mumbai.
