Service Advisor / Bodyshop Advisor

We are looking for experienced Service Advisor / Bodyshop Advisor.

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle concerns / service requirements.
• Open job cards and provide accurate cost & time estimates.
• Coordinate with technicians, bodyshop, and parts department to ensure smooth workflow.
• Explain service details, repairs, and recommendations to customers in simple terms.
• Update customers on repair progress and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
• Handle billing, payments, and ensure transparency in processes.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records of service history and follow up with customers for repeat business.
• Promote additional services, products, and AMC packages.
• Location : Mumbai
• Diploma / Graduate (Automobile or Mechanical background preferred).
• 1 – 4 years of experience as a Service Advisor / Bodyshop Advisor in the automobile industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
