JD for Service Advisor - General Eligibility criteria: Age : Preferably Below 40 years.
Qualification: Diploma/B.E - Mechanical / Automobile Experience: Minimum 3 years’
experience. 2 years’ experience MUST in Multiband area. [OEM/Dealership/Multiband outlet].
Suitability: Extensive knowledge of automotive industry [ Multi brand Models & Make /Customer service / Guest relationship management /] Prerequisite: Multi brand experience. Monthly Service Targets [ Labour , Parts & Value added services] Should be able to contribute towards key KPIs Ex:– On time delivery, Same Day Delivery, Customer complaints, Repeat Repairs, Excellent communication and organizational skills . Ability to communicate equally well with mechanics, customers and senior management. Familiarity with Repair order opening Estimation.
Passion towards work. • Should have good listening & problem solving skill. • Target oriented mindset (capture business opportunities in terms of VAS). • Should be able to manage customer based on his / her mind set like ego/Attitude. • Then grasp Customer expectation through proper consultation & resolution to Queries / Conflicts. • Usage of MS office tools – Excel / Word / Power point. • Usage of Dealer management system / Garage management system. Roles & Responsibilities : • Greet customers when they arrive at Dealership. • Consult with Technicians about necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive work.
