Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor, your primary responsibility will involve interacting with customers in a professional and courteous manner. You will be required to greet customers, attentively listen to their concerns, and provide clear explanations of service options. Collaborating with technicians, you will participate in service planning by assessing vehicle issues, devising repair strategies, and estimating costs accurately. Effective communication is key in this role to facilitate seamless information flow between customers and technicians, ensuring clarity and managing expectations.

Maintaining meticulous records is essential, and you will be responsible for documenting customer service requests, repair details, as well as managing repair orders and invoices efficiently. In addition to this, you will be expected to engage in sales activities by identifying additional services or parts that could benefit the customer, thus contributing to upselling efforts.

Managing service appointments and ensuring timely completion of repairs will be part of your daily tasks, requiring excellent scheduling skills. Furthermore, you will assist in troubleshooting vehicle issues, collaborate with technicians in diagnosing problems, and offer appropriate solutions .

Your role will also involve addressing customer complaints promptly, ensuring their satisfaction with the service provided, and fostering repeat business through exemplary customer service. Therefore, a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention will be crucial in this position.
