Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Adviser at Xtracare located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Service Adviser will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer-focused service, handling customer service inquiries, maintaining effective communication with customers, and managing aftersales service processes.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and Aftersales skills
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
• Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Knowledge of automotive services and repairs is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
