Key Responsibilities

Service Coordination

  • service calls, technician visits, and work orders

  • Track service requests and ensure timely completion of tasks

  • Coordinate with service engineers, operations, and customer support teams

Documentation & Reporting

  • service reports, quotations, invoices, and job sheets

  • Update customer information, service logs, and warranty records

  • ERP/CRM systems

Customer Communication

  • Handle customer inquiries (calls, emails, tickets)

  • Provide status updates, service confirmations, and follow-ups

  • Resolve basic issues or route them to the technical team

Inventory & Support Activities

  • spare parts, tools, and consumables

  • Coordinate dispatch, material movement, and service delivery

  • Assist in procurement of parts and vendor coordination

Compliance & Quality

  • organizational SOPs and service quality standards

  • Support audits, certifications, and documentation control

  • Monitor AMC contracts and renewal notifications
