Customer Interaction: Answering customer questions, providing information on services and pricing, and serving as the main point of contact for their inquiries. Service Coordination: Receiving, logging, and prioritizing service requests, and coordinating with service teams to ensure timely resolution. Administrative Support: Processing paperwork, generating billing for services, and maintaining accurate billing and client records. Problem Resolution: Investigating and resolving customer issues, concerns, and complaints, often acting as the first point of contact for troubleshooting. Data Management: Maintaining and updating customer databases, logs, and other required documentation.
