Job Description

Welcoming Guests
Greet customers with a smile and guide them to their seats.
Give the menu and explain Kerala dishes if needed.
Taking Orders
Take food and drink orders clearly.
Suggest popular or special items if asked.
Note special requests (like spice level, allergy, etc.).
Serving Food and Drinks
Serve food and drinks on time and properly.
Make sure the customer is happy with the service.
Refill water or drinks when needed.
Clearing and Cleaning Tables
Clear plates and clean tables after the meal.
Keep the dining area neat and tidy.
Handling Bills
Give the bill when asked.
Collect payment and return the balance or receipt.
Helping the Team
Work with the kitchen and other staff to give good service.
Inform the manager about any customer issues.
Good Manners and Clean Look
Be polite and respectful.
Wear clean uniform and maintain personal hygiene.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,779.08 - ₹49,251.78 per month
