• Cook authentic Kerala meals like sadhya items, seafood dishes, beef fry, puttu, appam, etc.
• Maintain original taste, aroma, and presentation.
• Kitchen Management
• Plan daily menu with the owner or head chef.
• Ensure food is ready on time, especially during peak hours.
• Supervise kitchen helpers and junior cooks.
• Ingredient Handling
• Check quality and freshness of ingredients like coconut, spices, fish, etc.
• Ensure proper storage of all raw and cooked items.
• Cleanliness and Hygiene
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Follow all hygiene and food safety standards.
• Cost Control
• Avoid wastage of ingredients.
• Help in portion control to maintain quality and profit.
• Customer Satisfaction
• Make sure food taste meets customer expectations.
• Accept feedback and make improvements if needed.
• Teamwork
• Work closely with service staff to ensure smooth operation.
• Train new kitchen staff if required.
• Time Management
• Ensure all dishes are cooked and served on time.
• Prepare items in advance for busy hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,779.08 - ₹49,251.78 per month
