Job Description

Required Experience:

Role & Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot complex issues on Windows/Linux servers (2016/2019).
Install patches, updates, and perform regular server maintenance.
Document existing and planned server infrastructure.
Assist in technical design, capacity planning, and server upgrades.
Collaborate with IT teams (Support, Network, Security, Architecture).
Optimize server resource utilization and resolve potential issues.

Requirements:

Fluent English & strong troubleshooting skills.
Experience in Windows/Linux server administration (Red Hat/Ubuntu preferred).
Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VMware, Hyper-V.
Knowledge of Cloud (Microsoft/Google/AWS), Backup, and Web filtering.
Networking fundamentals (IP Addressing, Topologies).
ITIL knowledge/certification is a plus.
Proficiency in Bash & PowerShell scripting.
