Hands-on experience implementing, administering and troubleshooting System, network devices:

Knowledge of MS. Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019/2022 With

Knowledge of Creating Active directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, VMWARE, Hyper-V with Advance configuration.

Experience of all kinds of VPN setup, troubleshooting, licensing, etc

Knowledge of O365 / SharePoint / Azure / AWS

Knowledge of Firewall & Endpoint Security

(Sophos / Fortinet / Symantec / Seqrite / Forcepoint )

# Configuration of LAN and WAN Ports

# User Base, MAC Base, IP Base Web and Application filter group and Policy creation

# Setting up IPSEC, SSL, PPTP,, L2TP VPN.

# Troubleshooting Firewall Policies

# Managing firewall logs and reports

Knowledge for VPN : IPSEC, SSL,L2TP,PPTP Tunnels

Backup Solution : On Premise and Cloud .

(Dell Emc / Hpe / Synology / Acronis / Azure)

# Knowledge of Cloud and On premise backup

# Types of Backup Incremental, Differential and Full Backup

# Restoring Image, Bare Metal and file level backup # Raid Configuration and Installation for Storage Products

Knowledge of hardware and Software troubleshooting of HP, Dell and IBM Servers

knowledge for Controller based AP/Router

Knowledge for Configuring L3 SWitches.

Key Skills

• Hands-on experience implementing, administering and troubleshooting System, network devices:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers, file and print servers, DNS servers, anti-virus.

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot desktop hardware and software packages and Identify, researches, and resolve technical problems.

• Experience with data network configuration and security including switches, Windows firewalls, anti-virus, Active Directory, DNS, routing, distributed authentication.

• Hands-on experience in technical concepts like DHCP, DNS, LAN, Drivers, Imaging.

Define network security best practice policies for both corporate and production environments.

• Implement, and maintain network security policy, standards, and procedures.

• Good in handling e-mails & conversation with End users and customers.

Added Advantage of having knowledge on Network & Server devices i.e. Hpe / Lenovo Servers

Basic Linux Administration / SOPHOS Firewall & Endpoint / Acronis Cloud Backup / AWS / AZURE
