Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Governance

  • Develop and maintain governance frameworks for externalised compliance processes.
  • Lead harmonisation of compliance processes across markets and functions, ensuring alignment with global practices.
  • Oversee partner delivery of externalised processes to ensure alignment with agreed performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence by optimizing processes in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Regulatory Information Management

  • Collect, structure, and maintain regulatory information including process documentation, regulatory change logs, and compliance records.
  • Ensure traceability and accessibility of compliance data collected, used and generated by external partners for internal and external audits.

Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration

  • Liaise with internal teams (e. g. , Regulatory, R&D, D&P) and external partners (e. g. , Capgemini, Accenture) to ensure alignment with governance expectations.
  • Support onboarding and capability building for new partners and team members.
  • Facilitate regular governance reviews and performance assessments.

Reporting & Audit Support

  • Prepare compliance delivery reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
  • Support audit readiness by ensuring data and documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible.

Digital Enablement

  • Collaborate with digital teams to implement and maintain tools that support process digitisation and regulatory data management.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across compliance systems and repositories.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor s degree in science, Business, or a related field.
  • 2 5 years of experience in compliance, product stewardship or governance roles.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) is essential.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Assumes responsibility for deliverables and consistently strives for improvement.
  • Works well across teams, shares expertise, and supports team development.
