Desired Profile of the Candidate: Certified Internal Auditor ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 20000 Experience on Implementation of CMMI Practices Job Role: Sound knowledge of Quality Management Processes and the Software Development Lifecycle Experience in IT organizations Strong knowledge of industry best practices, including Agile, CMMI, ISO, and Six Sigma Strong knowledge of key areas of project management, including Estimation, schedule, quality, and risk management Strong insights into Quality Measurement Frameworks & CMMI Metrics Proven internal stakeholder management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to make an impact, influence, and achieve results through effective negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills Good understanding of CMMI High Maturity practices and tools used in High Maturity processes Strong auditing skills for delivery and support functions Job Responsibilities: Processes definition within the organization with compliance w.r.t Quality standards. Development, documentation, and implementation of software engineering processes and standards tailored to the organization needs and industry best practices Ensure adherence to established processes and standards across software development teams through regular audits, reviews, and PCI compliance checks Identify improvement areas and raise the right alerts at the right time Coordinate with internal stakeholders (cross-functional teams) to collect inputs/outputs for new or modified processes required for the project Should have internal audit experience in ISO 20000, ISO27000 and ISO 9000. Drive ISO 20000, ISO27000 and ISO 9000 control points. Ensure timely reporting of metrics and dashboards based on CMMI objectives. Strong insight into Defect Prevention and Causal Analysis Assist and support business leaders in driving various Quality Management programs and initiatives Understand tools such as JIRA, Remine, MS office, SonarQube, GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Selenium, and all Office tools Strong analytical skills and knowledge of analytical tools (Minitab or other statistical applications) Collect and prepare monthly metrics and dashboards Review and share monthly metrics dashboards with leadership Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of software engineering processes, providing insights for decision-making and improvement efforts Team player with a highly collaborative mindset In-depth knowledge of Software Engineering, Project Management Lifecycles, Agile Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, Continuous Improvement, and QA lifecycles Provide internal QMS & CMMI/ISO training within the organization Life at Successive: Successive Digital cultivates a culture of collaboration and diversity within our global teams.
