SEO Team Lead

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced SEO Team Leader (SEO TL) to take full ownership of our organic growth and guide a team of SEO executives towards clear, measurable results. In this role, you will be responsible for building and executing complete SEO strategies across multiple websites and industries, starting from detailed keyword research and competitor analysis to on-page, off-page and technical implementation.

You will work closely with content writers, designers and developers to ensure that every landing page, blog post and service page is optimized for both users and search engines, with a strong focus on search intent, internal linking, meta tags, headings, URL structure and schema markup.

You will plan and manage ethical link-building campaigns, track rankings, traffic and conversions using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush and Screaming Frog (or similar alternatives), and convert data into meaningful insights and action plans. As an SEO TL, you will distribute tasks to your team, monitor their daily activities, review their work, provide feedback and training, and ensure that all deadlines and quality standards are met. You are expected to stay updated with the latest Google algorithm changes, SEO trends and industry best practices, and proactively suggest new experiments and optimization ideas instead of waiting for instructions.

The ideal candidate has proven experience as an SEO Specialist or SEO Team Lead, strong knowledge of on-page, off-page and technical SEO, confidence in handling multiple projects at the same time, and good communication skills to explain SEO recommendations in a simple way to non-technical stakeholders.
