SEO Specialist Team Lead

As the SEO Team Lead at Blurbpoint Media in Ahmedabad, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of SEO experts to develop and execute strategies aimed at boosting rankings, traffic, and leads for our 500+ global clients. With a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Team Lead in a digital marketing agency, you will play a crucial role in conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits, as well as overseeing on-page and content optimization. Utilizing tools such as GA, GSC, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, you will track performance metrics and collaborate with design, content, and PPC teams to achieve our clients" goals. Furthermore, you will be expected to provide regular reporting and actionable insights to drive continuous improvement. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, along with at least 5 years of SEO experience, including 2+ years in a leadership position. Strong SEO knowledge, analytical skills, and proficiency in SEO tools and project management are essential. Excellent communication and team management skills are also required to effectively coordinate with internal teams and deliver results for our clients. While a Master's degree and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript are preferred, having Google Analytics/Ads certifications will be an added advantage.
