Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

• Drive

  organic traffic growth

  across high-intent pages including program pages (e.g., Full Stack, Data Science, AI/ML, DevOps), course content, and key SEO clusters
• Build SEO into a

  growth-enabling flywheel

  think programmatic, scalable frameworks that can consistently drive visibility, leads, and payments
• Own the

  strategic direction

  for organic search by combining deep keyword research, search trends, user intent mapping, and performance data
• Continuously deep-dive into

  competitor intelligence, keyword gaps, and performance deltas

  to unlock SEO opportunities in a rapidly evolving AI-led landscape.
• Partner with content, product, and CRO teams to drive

  SEO-first narratives

  that are persuasive, discoverable, and optimized for business conversion.

• Work closely with the content team to plan SEO-first blog and topic pages aligned with high-intent search behavior.

Technical SEO

• Collaborate with the tech team to improve structured data, automate internal link flow, implement CRO enhancements, and build scalable technical levers all contributing to a robust SEO infrastructure that gives Scaler a sustained competitive advantage.

Backlink & Authority Building

• Conduct competitor link audits and recommend contextual authority-building strategies
• Work with agencies and partners to secure quality backlinks to core program pages
• Track and report page authority, URL rating, and referring domain growth over time with ROI outcome in mind.

Reporting & AI Search Optimization

• Automate Regular Reporting SEO KPIs (Traffic, rankings, CTR, leads) V2L ratio and share insights through dashboards and monthly reviews
• Optimize for new-age search formats like Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity with working on foundational SEO Levers with improving on tech elements

Requirements

• 2 4 years of SEO experience (in-house or agency), with proven success driving growth for product or service-led websites
• Hands-on experience with tools like GSC, Ahrefs, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals on-page, off-page, and technical
• Experience optimizing high-intent pages and tracking complete lead funnel performance
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
• Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills

Bonus Points

• Experience in B2C edtech, SaaS, or marketplaces
• Exposure to CRO, Tech & Growth Marketing Team , and AI-powered SEO
• Familiarity with programmatic SEO or managing SEO at scale across 1,000+ URLs
