Key Responsibilities: •    Manage digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. •    Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility. •    Manage social media accounts, creating and scheduling engaging content that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives. •    Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing. •    Understand client requirements and expectations, ensuring services are delivered on time and to specification. •    Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Finance, HR) to ensure the seamless execution of client projects or services. •    Oversee the day-to-day operations related to client accounts, ensuring all processes are followed accurately and efficiently. •    Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure client expectations are met. •    Identify potential operational challenges or bottlenecks and work with relevant teams to find quick solutions. •    Actively monitor client feedback and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate channels. •    Participate in the development and optimization of operational strategies to support client goals and objectives. Skills & Qualifications: •    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. •    1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role. •    Familiarity with basic understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, •    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) •    Strong written and verbal communication skills. •    Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at once. •    Ability to handle multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously. •    Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
