SEO Project Director


🔍 What You’ll Do:

  • Manage end-to-end SEO projects from planning to deployment across web properties
  • Coordinate efforts between SEO specialists, developers, copywriters, and designers
  • Translate high-level SEO goals into clear, actionable project plans
  • Track SEO KPIs such as clicks, impressions, CTR, and keyword rankings
  • Ensure timely delivery of on-page optimizations including metadata, structured data, and content changes
  • Maintain internal documentation and lead recurring syncs to align teams


✅ Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in SEO project or campaign management
  • Strong understanding of on-page SEO, structured data, technical audits, and keyword research
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and remote workflows
  • Experience with SEO tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
  • Located in or able to work within the Dubai timezone
  • Experience in a SaaS, tech, or digital marketing agency environment


💡 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with AI tools for SEO or content optimization
  • Working knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize based on data
