We’re hiring a contract-based SEO & Optimisation Specialist to lead strategy, implementation, and performance optimization across digital platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about driving organic growth through innovative SEO practices.

• Develop and execute SEO strategies for organic traffic and engagement.
• Manage SEO transitions and platform migrations.
• Optimize for traditional and AI-powered search engines (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity).
• Use AI tools for content optimization and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MarTech, content, analytics, CRM).
• Monitor KPIs and deliver actionable insights.
• Stay updated on algorithm changes and emerging SEO trends.

• 6–10 years of SEO and digital marketing experience.
• Strong technical SEO skills (structured data, Core Web Vitals, site speed).
• Experience with tools like AEM, Google Search Console, SEMrush.
• Familiarity with AI-driven search and semantic SEO.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of EEAT and Google Knowledge Graph.
• Advanced technical SEO (JavaScript SEO, rendering, indexing).
• Passion for data-driven strategy and optimization.
