Job Description

As an SEO at Stripe, you will be responsible for leading the SEO strategy for Stripe Docs in collaboration with the Global SEO Lead. Your primary focus will be to enhance the SEO channel by implementing strategies to increase revenue and visibility. This will involve on-site optimization, content development, international SEO, and technical SEO efforts. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Engineering, Developer Relations, Design, Product, and Analytics. Your responsibilities will include enhancing website content and structure for improved search engine rankings and user experience, developing international SEO strategies for global visibility, addressing technical SEO improvements for search engine compatibility, and creating strategic plans and timelines for key SEO initiatives. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in crafting and executing SEO strategies, along with a strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Additionally, being tech-savvy and having expertise in all disciplines of SEO, including technical, on-site, and off-site SEO, is essential. You should also be proficient in tools like Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner, SEMRush, and ScreamingFrog, and have experience in data-driven decision-making and performance reporting. Moreover, preferred qualifications include experience in acquiring technical users, enterprise SEO, multilingual literacy, B2B experience, and familiarity with web analytics tools. Proficiency in English literacy, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are also key requirements for this role.
