Location: Koramangala, BangaloreEmployment Type: Full-timeRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SEO Manager with at least 8 years of expertise in search engine optimization, digital marketing strategies, and content optimization. The ideal candidate will take ownership of our SEO roadmap, drive organic growth, and enhance online visibility through innovative and data-driven SEO initiatives.Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings. • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend evaluations. • Optimize on-page elements including metadata, internal linking, and content structure. • Oversee technical SEO improvements such as site speed, crawlability, and indexing. • Lead link-building campaigns and establish high-quality backlinks. • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices. • Monitor SEO performance with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. • Prepare and present regular SEO performance reports to stakeholders. • Stay ahead of SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments. • Manage and mentor a small SEO/marketing team where required.Required Qualifications • Bachelors/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. • 8+ years of proven SEO experience in a managerial or senior specialist role. • Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. • Proficiency in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.). • Strong understanding of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and content marketing. • Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, etc.) and familiarity with HTML/CSS. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Demonstrated success in scaling organic traffic and improving SERP rankings.Preferred Skills • Experience in international SEO and multi-language websites. • Knowledge of local SEO strategies for region-specific optimization. • Familiarity with paid search campaigns (PPC/SEM) for cross-channel insights. • Leadership skills with experience managing SEO teams.
