We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Intern to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist in executing on-page and off-page SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, analyzing website performance, and supporting content optimization efforts. This is a great opportunity to learn the fundamentals of SEO and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Optimize existing website content for SEO best practices (meta tags, headers, image alt text, etc.)
• Assist in creating new content briefs based on keyword opportunities.
• Perform website audits and recommend improvements.
• Support link-building campaigns and outreach efforts.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Track keyword rankings and prepare performance reports.
• Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Understanding of content marketing and social media strategy.
