SEO Executive / Generative SEO Specialist (AI-First Focus)

We are looking for a forward-thinking specialist to not only master traditional SEO but also pioneer our strategy for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and ranking in AI-powered search results, leveraging tools like Google Gemini."

• AI Search & Generative SEO (GEO):
• Develop and execute Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to maximize visibility in AI Overviews and conversational search (e.g., Google Gemini).
• Identify opportunities to integrate Generative AI for content creation, content refreshes, and audience research at scale.
• Utilize Prompt Engineering skills to drive efficiency in content and analysis workflows.
• Core Technical SEO:
• Conduct comprehensive technical audits focused on Core Web Vitals, JavaScript SEO, and rendering optimization.
• Master implementation of Structured Data (Schema Markup) to enhance search engine and AI understanding of content entities.
• Manage site health, including XML Sitemaps, robots.txt, and canonicalization.
• Content Strategy & E-E-A-T:
• Drive E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) standards across all content assets.
• Perform advanced keyword research focused on user intent and long-tail conversational queries.
• Develop and execute high-quality link-building and digital PR strategies.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Manage and interpret data from Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console (GSC).
• Create clear, actionable reports that tie SEO performance directly to business ROI for leadership.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2+ years of dedicated experience as an SEO Executivestrategies or Specialist.
• Proven hands-on experience with major SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
• Mandatory proficiency in GA4 and interpreting large data sets.
• Demonstrable experience or certification in Generative AI/Large Language Models (LLMs) for marketing/SEO purposes.
• Strong understanding of HTML/CSS for diagnosing on-page technical issues.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (must be able to explain SEO to non-technical teams).
• Should be specialized in link juice flow and pyramid statergies
