Title: SEO Executive/Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative SEO Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our brand’s online presence, developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve website traffic. You will also be responsible for researching keywords and staying on top of the Search Engine Results page.

Key Responsibilities:

Keyword Research:

- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords.

- Analyze competitor keywords and industry trends to uncover new opportunities.

On-Page Optimization:

- Optimize website content, including meta titles, descriptions, headers, and body content, for target keywords.

- Enhance website structure and internal linking to improve search engine crawlability.

Content Strategy:

- Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly content that aligns with user intent and keyword strategies.

- Ensure content is optimized for search engines without compromising readability or user experience.

Technical SEO:

- Diagnose and resolve technical SEO issues, such as site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawl errors, and XML sitemaps.

- Implement structured data markup (Schema.org) to improve search result appearance.

Off-Page SEO:

- Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks.

- Monitor and manage the company’s online reputation and brand mentions.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Utilize SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other software to track performance and keyword rankings.

- Prepare regular reports to evaluate SEO effectiveness and suggest improvements.

SEO Trends and Algorithm Updates:

- Stay informed about SEO industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

- Adjust strategies to maintain or enhance search rankings.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of SEO techniques, algorithms, and best practices.

- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, and others.

- Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest SEO trends and developments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
