Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SEO Executive with at least one year of hands-on experience to enhance our digital presence and drive organic growth. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles, best practices, and industry tools to improve website performance and search visibility. Key Responsibilities: Develop & Implement SEO Strategies: Create and execute effective SEO strategies to boost organic rankings. Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify growth opportunities. On-Page Optimization: Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, URL structures, and internal linking. Off-Page SEO: Execute link building, guest posting, and outreach campaigns. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Technical SEO Audits: Perform audits and collaborate with the development team to resolve issues such as site speed, mobile-friendliness, and indexing problems. Local SEO Management: Optimize local SEO efforts, including managing Google My Business, citations, and directory submissions. Trend Monitoring & Reporting: Track SEO trends, algorithm updates, and generate periodic performance reports with actionable insights. Content Coordination: Work closely with content and marketing teams to ensure the creation of SEO-friendly content. Primary Skills (Mandatory): SEO Expertise: At least 1 year of hands-on SEO experience, with a solid grasp of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Analytical Tools Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc. Keyword Research & Content Optimization: Ability to conduct thorough keyword research and optimize content for SEO. Data-Driven Approach: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and drive SEO strategies. Secondary Skills (Optional): Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (such as WordPress, Shopify, etc.). SEO Copywriting: Understanding of SEO copywriting best practices and content optimization techniques. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
