About the Role

SEO & Content Specialist

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page audits
• Optimize website content for SEO (titles, meta, alt text, schema)
• Improve technical SEO health (sitemaps, indexing, Core Web Vitals)
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and generate monthly SEO reports

Content Creation

• Write well-researched blog posts, landing page content, and case studies
• Create SEO-friendly content briefs using tools like SurferSEO or SEMrush
• Repurpose blog content into social media snippets or email text
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across blog and website content
• Work closely with designers to align content with visual layout

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in SEO and content writing (agency or in-house)
• Excellent command of English (grammar, tone, clarity)
• Proven blog/article portfolio (please include links)
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
• Familiar with WordPress (posting, Yoast/RankMath usage, basic formatting)
• Understanding of E-E-A-T, content structure, and user intent

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in

  B2B, SaaS, or tech content writing

• Ability to write scripts for short videos or carousels
• Experience with Notion, Grammarly, ChatGPT for content productivity
• Knowledge of LinkedIn post writing or newsletter writing

• Content publishing consistency (articles/week)
• Backlink attraction from blog content
