Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute

  SEO strategies

  to drive organic traffic growth
• Conduct

  keyword research

  ,

  competitor analysis

  , and

  SEO audits

• Optimize

  website structure, metadata, content, internal linking

  , and landing pages
• Execute and manage

  link-building and outreach campaigns

• Collaborate with

  engineering/product teams

  to resolve

  technical SEO issues

  (crawlability, indexing, site speed, schema, Core Web Vitals)
• Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using

  Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog

• Monitor

  SERP trends, Google algorithm updates

  , and industry best practices
• Prepare

  weekly/monthly SEO reports

  with actionable insights
• Contribute to the

  long-term SEO roadmap

  across products and content ecosystems

Requirements

• 4–6 years

  of hands-on SEO experience (digital-first company or agency)
• Strong expertise in

  On-page SEO, Off-page SEO, and Technical SEO

• Proficiency with

  Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog

• Working knowledge of

  HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics

• Experience with

  CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven mindset
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• Ability to manage

  multiple projects with ownership and accountability

Good to Have

• Experience working on

  large-scale / high-traffic websites

• Experience in

  loans, insurance, finance, or marketplace products

• Knowledge of

  Local SEO, Schema Markup, International SEO

• Prior experience managing

  SEO executives, teams, or freelancers
