Senior Accountant – Backend Operations

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our backend finance team. The role requires expertise in handling foreign accounts, GCC VAT compliance, and supervising junior staff, with strong exposure to GCC operations and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Handle foreign accounts and ensure compliance with GCC VAT regulations.
• Prepare, review, and present financial statements and reports.
• Supervise, mentor, and guide junior team members in the finance department.
• Ensure adherence to accounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with management to support financial planning and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in accounting roles.
• Strong exposure to GCC operations and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in foreign accounts and GCC VAT compliance.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines with high accuracy and attention to detail.
