Senior/Lead US Recruiter

Role Overview: As a Senior/Lead US Recruiter at BeeperMD, your primary responsibility will be to source, recruit, and hire qualified candidates for various roles. You will be based in Chandigarh and will be involved in developing recruiting strategies, conducting interviews, and managing the entire hiring process. Collaborating with hiring managers, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a positive candidate experience will also be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Source, recruit, and hire qualified candidates for various roles - Develop recruiting strategies to attract top talent - Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications - Manage the hiring process from start to finish - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs - Maintain candidate databases and keep them updated - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sourcing and recruiting for diverse roles - Strong skills in developing recruiting strategies and conducting effective interviews - Experience in managing the hiring process and working closely with hiring managers - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build and maintain candidate databases - Background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor's degree required) - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment,
