Role Overview: As a Senior Zoho HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for handling various HR operations using Zoho People, Zoho Hourly & Shifts, and Zoho Expenses platforms. Your role will involve overseeing employee life-cycle management, employee data management, attendance tracking, shift planning, expenses management, compliance with labor laws, and generating reports for management review. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR operations and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Handle deductions, bonuses, and tax calculations as per the company's compliance requirements. - Generate detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management review. - Oversee employee life-cycle management using Zoho People. - Manage employee data, attendance, leave policies, and performance tracking for both blue-collar and white-collar employees. - Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for employees. - Administer and track Zoho Hourly to manage hourly-based workers and their shifts. - Implement and optimize shift management for operations teams using Zoho Shifts. - Oversee Zoho Expenses management to track employee reimbursements and work-related expenses. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in the renewable energy industry. - Assist HR leadership in strategic decision-making by providing actionable insights based on Zoho HR data. - Resolve operational issues swiftly to ensure employee satisfaction. - Work closely with Finance, IT, and Operations teams to integrate Zoho platforms effectively. Qualifications Required: - Industry Experience in Smart Grid Manufacturing, Renewable Energy, Wind Power Plants, or Solar Power Plants industries preferred. - Experience managing both blue-collar and white-collar employees. - Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance in manufacturing or energy sectors. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Zoho reports and analytics tools. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
