Working at Zendesk means experiencing global cities in our offices, designed for collaboration, quiet work, and community-building events that spark creativity. **Responsibilities:** - Manage the front desk and ticketing system, ensuring high levels of customer service. - Welcome visitors and provide an extraordinary guest experience to all employees. - Coordinate with vendors and landlords as required. - Manage event programs within the office. - Maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of assigned building(s), kitchens, equipment, and plants. - Update Workplace Experience documents, spreadsheets, calendars, and floor plans. - Lead internal communications regarding building events, maintenance, safety, and other relevant issues. - Assist the Global Safety and Security team with workplace-related security and health & safety matters. - Oversee the food and beverage program. - Support the Workplace Experience Manager with office moves, additions, and changes. **Requirements:** - Education: Diploma in Hotel or Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience: 2-4 years in Facilities/Office Coordination/Event Management. - Proficiency in managing small projects and using Google Suite. - Familiarity with building operations and ability to handle multiple tasks independently. - Strong problem-solving skills, positive attitude under pressure, and organizational abilities. - Experience in planning events.
