Senior Workday Cross- Functional Analyst

As a Senior Workday Cross-Functional Analyst at our organization, your role will involve designing, developing, testing, and deploying functional workflows and custom integrations within the Workday ecosystem to meet our business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the resolution of complex business technology challenges and provide operational and production support for assigned functional areas. - Assist in system maintenance by reviewing, testing, and implementing upgrades or patches. - Create and maintain custom integrations using Workday tools like Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services to support business requirements. - Write, maintain, and support various reports and queries using appropriate reporting tools. - Conduct testing on integrations to ensure accuracy and reliability before deployment. - Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot existing Workday integrations to ensure optimal performance. - Create and maintain technical documentation including integration designs, test scripts, and troubleshooting procedures. - Ensure compliance with data security and regulatory standards. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align integration solutions with organizational goals. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. - Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services. - Proficiency in XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and related technologies for integration development. - Solid understanding of HR business processes and experience implementing HRIS changes. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a proven track record of resolving integration issues. - Experience working on cross-functional project teams and managing multiple integrations simultaneously. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.,
