Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and manage the company’s WordPress website.
• Customize themes and plugins based on project needs.
• Ensure website speed, performance, and mobile responsiveness.
• Implement SEO best practices and integrate analytics tools.
• Maintain site security, backups, and version updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website bugs or technical issues.
• Collaborate with management to align website content and branding.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer (2+ years preferred).
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Strong experience with WordPress themes, plugins, and page builders (e.g., Elementor, Divi, WPBakery).
• Understanding of SEO, web performance optimization, and UX/UI principles.
• Experience with hosting management, domains, and cPanel.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of digital marketing integrations (Google Analytics, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, or Photoshop).
• Familiarity with financial or professional service websites.
