Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Well Engineer to join our team, with a strong background in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop well plans, including selection of drilling equipment and techniques.
Conduct site surveys and analyze data to determine the best course of action.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably with Chevron.
Strong knowledge of well engineering principles and practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
