Senior Wellness Coordinator

As a Wellness Coordinator, your role involves working closely with the wellness coordinator team to plan, implement, coordinate, and manage residents' needs, interests, and desires to promote a healthier and happier lifestyle. You will be responsible for planning programs to assist clients in dealing with difficulties and helping them overcome challenges. Gathering feedback from residents and the internal team regularly to understand resident needs and perspectives will be crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with management to implement changes based on feedback to continuously improve resident wellness - Expand and enhance existing health and wellness-related activities such as yoga, counselling, and other engagement activities - Manage the team effectively - Monitor, analyze data, and prepare monthly reports on key metrics for senior management Qualifications Required: - MSW (Medical And Psychiatric) Preferred Qualification: - Female candidate With 5 to 8 years of experience, your expertise in this field will contribute significantly to the well-being of the residents.
