Title Wellness Coordinator

As a Health and Wellness Program Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to assess the needs, interests, and desires of residents in order to promote a healthier and happier lifestyle. You will be tasked with planning, implementing, coordinating, and managing programs aimed at helping clients navigate difficulties and overcome challenges effectively. Setting measurable goals for each client or case, monitoring progress, and evaluating outcomes will also be part of your role. In this position, you will be required to adapt and adjust activities as necessary to enhance existing health and wellness-related programs, which may include but are not limited to yoga, counseling, therapy, and other engagement activities. Your keen attention to detail and ability to modify strategies based on individual client needs will be crucial to the success of the programs you oversee. We are looking for a candidate who holds an MSW (Medical And Psychiatric) qualification. While prior experience is not mandatory, freshers with a passion for promoting well-being and facilitating personal growth are encouraged to apply. The preferred candidate for this role is female.
