Senior Wedding Planner and Wedding Production

As an Event Production Manager, your role involves meticulously planning and executing events to the highest standards. Your responsibilities include: - Collaborating with the design and sales teams to comprehend event concepts, layouts, and production needs. - Conducting site visits and preparing BOQs, vendor quotes, and timelines for fabrication and logistics. - Sourcing and coordinating with vendors for various event elements such as decor, fabrication, florals, lighting, AV, and rentals. - Creating production timelines, checklists, and deployment plans to ensure seamless execution. In addition to pre-event planning, you will be responsible for vendor management by: - Finalizing and managing third-party vendors for each event element. - Negotiating pricing, delivery terms, and contract agreements. - Supervising vendor quality, on-site behavior, and adherence to the brief. During on-site event execution, you will: - Supervise the setup and teardown of all production elements at the venue. - Lead the on-ground production team, ensuring real-time coordination and troubleshooting any last-minute issues. - Ensuring the final output aligns with the approved designs and client expectations. Your role also includes budget and resource management by: - Tracking production costs against budgeted estimates. - Minimizing wastage of material, manpower, and resources. - Maintaining an inventory of reusable props and materials for cost-effective execution. After the event, you will: - Ensure smooth dismantling and vendor wrap-up. - Create a post-event report detailing learnings, challenges, and setup photos. - Update internal records for vendor performance and production benchmarks. Additionally, you will: - Coordinate with the Creative Director, BD team, and Client Servicing throughout the project lifecycle. - Lead the internal production team, assign clear responsibilities, and supervise execution. - Act as the primary point of contact for production queries on-site.,
