Job Title: Senior Web Developer – WordPress Location: Udaipur Rajasthan Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 5+ years Industry : IT / Software Development / Web Development Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior WordPress Developer to join our web development team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugin development, along with strong front-end and back-end development skills. You’ll be responsible for leading complex projects, optimizing performance, and maintaining high-quality standards in code and design. Key Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites and web applications. Design and implement new features and functionality using custom themes and plugins. Optimize websites for performance, scalability, and SEO. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs in a timely manner. Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility standards. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and establish development best practices. Integrate third-party services and RESTful APIs. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in WordPress and web development. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of professional experience in WordPress development. Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery. Experience with custom theme and plugin development. Familiarity with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg. Knowledge of WordPress REST API and headless WordPress implementations. Experience with Git and version control systems. Proficient in performance optimization, security practices, and SEO principles. Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Udaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan (Preferred) Work Location: In person
