We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our restaurant team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking and serving food orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude. Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and professional manner. Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained during the meal. Respond promptly to customer needs and requests. Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally. Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service. Process bills and accept payment (cash/card). Follow hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards of the restaurant.
