Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop and implement sustainable real estate strategies to reduce environmental impact, improve occupant health, and enhance corporate reputation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into property management operations, ensuring compliance with EHS regulations.
Conduct regular site assessments to identify opportunities for improvement in energy efficiency, water conservation, waste reduction, and indoor air quality.
Analyze data from various sources (e.g., BMS systems) to optimize building performance and drive cost savings.

Job Requirements :

20-25 years of experience in corporate real estate or a related filed
Strong understanding of sustainability principles, including green buildings certifications (e.g., LEED) and ESG reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI).
Proven track record in implementing successful sustainability initiatives that result in measurable outcomes (e.g., reduced carbon footprint).
Any masters degree
