Senior Video Producer

As a Senior Video Producer at our company, you will lead the video production process with a focus on post-production. Your responsibilities will include editing, creating motion graphics, and developing compelling narratives. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and the U.S.-based Video Production Lead to produce polished deliverables for live events and digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Own the entire video production lifecycle, with a primary focus on post-production for timely and high-quality delivery. - Edit and enhance video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, integrating motion graphics and stock assets. - Develop creative scripts, storyboards, and visual metaphors to simplify complex software concepts. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align videos with brand messaging and project objectives. - Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while upholding high production standards. - Lead live event coverage, including capturing customer-focused events and events at the Pune office. - Coordinate with external vendors for larger shoots and ensure seamless execution. - Conduct live streaming, live switching, and live editing for webinars, events, and internal communications. - Stay updated on the latest AI technologies for enhanced video production efficiency. - Utilize photography skills for smaller projects to maintain visual standards. - Set up and operate studio lighting, cameras, and audio equipment for shoots. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Video Production, Film, or related field. - 5+ years of professional experience in video production, focusing on post-production and storytelling. - Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, including motion graphics and stock asset manipulation. - Proficiency in creative tools like Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and others. - Strong scripting, storyboarding, and visually engaging narrative skills. - Understanding of live event coverage, including setup, filming, and streaming. - Robust portfolio showcasing video production, motion graphics, and storytelling. - Knowledge of integrating AI technologies into workflows. - Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple projects effectively. - Excellent communication and collaboration in cross-functional team environments.
