Senior Video Producer

You are a Senior Video Producer who will be responsible for overseeing post-production tasks, implementing creative direction, leveraging AI tools for editing, and optimizing video performance based on data-driven insights. Your role will involve owning the entire video production process from ideation to final delivery, ensuring scalability through efficient data and asset management. Key Responsibilities: - Lead post-production activities including editing, motion graphics, color grading, and sound design to deliver high-quality videos. - Translate briefs into engaging narratives while maintaining brand consistency. - Utilize AI tools for faster editing and automation of repetitive tasks. - Analyze video performance metrics such as views, retention, CTR, and engagement to derive actionable insights for content improvement. - Ensure organized file structuring, version control, and easy accessibility for collaborative workflows. - Take ownership of timelines, quality, and communication, while proactively introducing new tools and processes for enhanced efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 years of experience in video production with a focus on post-production and creative direction. - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and advanced post-production workflows. - Hands-on experience with AI tools for editing, automation, and asset generation. - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and apply insights to enhance creative outputs. - Organized approach to file and data management to support scalable workflows. - Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects concurrently.
