Requirements

5 to 6 years of experience in video editing, visualization, and digital-first content creation.
Strong proficiency in
Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition
, along with familiarity with creative/AI tools and a willingness to explore generative AI.
Strong coordination and team leadership skills, with experience using
Notion, Slack
, and structured workflows to manage deadlines and collaborate effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the creative direction and ensure high-quality final edits for all marketing videos, including 1012 sec shorts, academic explainers, long-form content, and podcasts.
Mentor, guide, and creatively supervise two video editors to maintain consistent quality and ensure quick delivery.
Review storyboards, understand narrative direction, and collaborate with content, communications, and social media teams to create strong visual storytelling flows.
Translate briefs into clear visual concepts and structured edits (no shooting required).
Edit videos using
Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition
, ensuring clean pacing, smooth transitions, and brand-aligned visuals.
Enhance audio using
Adobe Audition
and
Adobe Podcast Enhancer
to deliver crisp, professional sound.
Use
Envato Elements, Captions AI, ElevenLabs
, and other creative tools to elevate production quality and explore innovative content formats.
