Our YouTube channel delivers high-quality, value-driven video content to help aspiring entrepreneurs scale their online businesses. Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and dedicated Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for storytelling, a strong understanding of YouTube trends, and the ability to transform raw footage into compelling and polished video content. Key Responsibilities: Edit long-form and short-form video content for YouTube (educational, case studies, reels, interviews). Add music, transitions, captions, B-rolls, animations, and motion graphics to enhance viewer engagement. Work closely with the content and script team to bring stories to life. Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and visual quality across all videos. Optimize videos for YouTube (thumbnails, formatting, retention strategies). Meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and creativity. Stay updated on the latest trends in YouTube and video editing techniques. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in video editing (YouTube editing experience is a plus). Proficiency in editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools. Strong storytelling skills and sense of pacing, music, and transitions. Basic knowledge of color grading, audio balancing, and video formats. Creativity, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility toward deadlines. Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory): Experience with motion graphics (After Effects or similar tools). Understanding of YouTube SEO and audience retention strategies.
