Senior Video Editor

Media Designs is looking for a Senior Video Editor cum Camera Person who can lead our video production and elevate our visual storytelling across platforms. This role goes beyond editing and camera—it demands leadership, creativity, and hands-on expertise across the full video production pipeline.

If you’ve 5–7 years in crafting corporate films, brand films, promotional videos and digital stories - you’re fit for this position.

Role & Responsibilities:

· Lead end-to-end video production—from pre-production planning and on-ground filming to post-production editing and final delivery.

· Support and guide junior video editors and camera persons, ensuring consistent quality, brand alignment, and creative development.

· Shoot high-quality visuals including interviews, corporate shoots, events, product showcases, and behind-the-scenes stories.

· Edit content for social media, marketing campaigns, brand films, corporate presentations, and reels with speed and finesse.

· Collaborate with creative and content teams to transform briefs into compelling visual narratives.

· Oversee motion graphics, sound design, transitions, and color grading to maintain premium output standards.

· Manage the video library, backups, gear organization, and workflow optimization.

You Must Have:

· 5–7 years of full-time professional experience in video production—corporate films, branded digital content, or agency-level work.

· Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other industry-standard tools (Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).

· Strong expertise in camera operations, lighting setups, and basic audio gear—especially with DSLR/mirrorless setups.

· Experience with animation workflows, green screen, or motion graphic templates.

· A sharp eye for framing, pacing, and storytelling that aligns with business and brand communication.

· Ability to lead shoots independently, manage junior teammates, and handle tight timelines under pressure.

· Applicants must be 28 years or above will be eligible for this position.
