Location: Bangalore Role Overview We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Video Editor who can produce AI-driven videos (avatars, speech synthesis, video storytelling) while also being hands-on with live video shooting when required. From understanding lighting and framing to ensuring crisp editing, you will play a key role in creating futuristic and engaging video content that drives client impact. Key Responsibilities AI Video Creation: Use AI tools to create avatars, voiceovers, and motion videos aligned with client branding. Video Shooting: Shoot product, office, and interview-style videos with proper framing, lighting balance (no over/underexposure), and professional composition. Script-to-Screen Execution: Work with finalized scripts to storyboard and produce compelling narratives. Client Collaboration: Engage regularly with clients to understand their products/services and deliver on creative needs. Editing & Enhancement: Merge AI avatars, stock footage, original shoots, and animations into polished high-quality content. Creative Direction: Recommend innovative visual ideas to elevate storytelling. Content Promotion: Work with internal marketing teams to optimize videos for social, web, and campaign channels. Quality Control: Ensure all videos meet high visual standards, technical accuracy, and client expectations. Requirements Strong knowledge of video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) Experience with AI video platforms (Kling 2.1, OpenArt, Nanobanana etc) Practical skills in video shooting — framing, lighting setup, exposure balance, and professional audio/video recording. Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual impact. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects. Creative mindset with problem-solving ability and keen eye for detail. Bonus: Interest in tech, SaaS, renewable energy, or B2B marketing.
