We are now looking for a Senior Video Editor to lead our video production and elevate our content across digital platforms.

Role Overview

The Senior Video Editor will manage end-to-end video editing for marketing campaigns, social media, property showcases, and investor presentations. This role requires a creative storyteller with technical expertise who can produce high-quality, engaging content aligned with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for property launches, brand campaigns, social media, and ads.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and sales teams to deliver compelling storytelling through video.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.
• Incorporate graphics, animations, and sound design to enhance viewer engagement.
• Maintain brand consistency across all video assets.
• Stay up to date with video trends, editing tools, and platform best practices.
• Mentor junior editors and oversee outsourced editing when required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in video editing, ideally within real estate, luxury, or creative industries.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of color grading, motion graphics, and audio design.
• Experience creating content optimized for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Ability to transform raw footage into polished, engaging videos under tight deadlines.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and storytelling.
• Experience managing a content library and video workflow systems.
