Senior Vice President || Strategic Sourcing

Role Overview: As a Key Account Manager, your main responsibility will be to manage and monitor all activities related to supplier contracts across the business divisions. You will be in charge of executing contracts, applying contractual clauses when necessary, and ensuring that service performance and quality meet expectations. In case of poor performance or breaches, you will work with suppliers, business units, and Strategic Sourcing to recommend remediation plans. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing contract spend, implementing continuous improvement, and identifying contract optimization initiatives in a cross-functional manner. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and monitor all activities relating to supplier contracts - Apply and trigger contractual clauses when necessary - Ensure service performance and quality meet expectations - Recommend remediation and treatment plans for poor performance or breaches - Monitor and manage contract spend - Implement continuous improvement - Identify contract optimization initiatives - Work in a cross-functional manner across sourcing and supplier management teams Qualification Requirements: - 15+ years of overall experience in the related industry - 5+ years of experience in IT Professional services, IT Outsourcing, Business process outsourcing, Software as a service (SaaS), Infrastructure & Networks, or General Services - Experience in Category Management, contract management, and Supplier Relationship Management - Experience managing high-value and/or highly strategic enterprise suppliers - Ability to manage multiple and/or large-scale contracts simultaneously - Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills - Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics - Exceptional stakeholder engagement, critical thinking, communication, and negotiation skills - Relevant tertiary qualification in a relevant business discipline is highly desirable (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description),
